Who We Are
A studio built by players, for players
AlphaLegacyForge began in a converted warehouse off Brunswick Street in 2016, when four Fitzroy locals grew tired of scrims that led nowhere. Today our HQ on Smith Street houses a 24-seat practice arena, a motion-capture booth, and a broadcast suite that has aired matches for regional leagues.
We split our time between three things we love: coaching ranked players toward the podium, developing our own competitive titles, and producing live tournaments that fill Melbourne venues. Everything we build is stress-tested by people who genuinely play at a high level.

Personalised VOD reviews, mechanical drills, and mindset work with a Diamond+ coach. Includes a shared progress dashboard and homework between sessions to lock in improvement.
Full-day scrim blocks in our Fitzroy arena with an analyst calling drafts, plus nutrition and comms coaching. Perfect for rosters preparing for an open qualifier.
We design, prototype, and balance tournament-ready titles — from netcode and ranked systems to spectator tooling. Two of our arena originals now run in regional leagues.
End-to-end event production: brackets, casting, a two-camera broadcast suite, and on-site tech. We have run 62 events from grassroots LANs to 400-seat finals.
